2005 3-cent "Silver Coffeepot" stamp, which was part of the American Design Series issued by the United States Postal Service (USPS). The stamp features a silver coffeepot made around 1786 in Philadelphia. It was designed by art director Derry Noyes using an existing illustration by John Burgoyne. The stamp was issued in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on September 16, 2005. It was printed by the American Packaging Corporation for Sennett Security Products. The stamp is identified as Scott #3759 in the Scott catalog.
