Vintage Y2K Wet Seal size S red and white polka top! Really is cute. True red color with tiny polka-dots. Scoop neckline. Short cap sleeves. Does have a all over pilling but I find it still wears well and looks great tucked into things. Just a little too roomy for me these days. Had it in Highschool lol 2001.
