This dress has elastic around the neckline so it could be worn how regularly (as pictured) or off the shoulder. It’s labeled as size S but it runs a bit large and could easily fit a size M or even a size L. I am wearing a black 3/4 sleeve sweater underneath. I’m 5’4” and this dress is ankle length on me. 65% polyester 35% cotton - made in USA let me know if you have any questions!
