I’ve never worn this item but I’ve tried and tried because I LOVE it. No matter how many times I try, I just have to accept the fact that it doesn’t suit me well lol. I got this from a boutique for $90. :( Anyway, I would describe it as a jacket but it’s definitely a part of your outfit. The drawstring tightens the jacket so it can accentuate your waistline to your liking. Again I’ve never worn this so there are no flaws, stains, etc.
