elysee13Of course😘

Sep 06Reply

abbymichelle19@elysee13 hey!! I actually do have a question for you... I just sold my first item and I was wondering why it still says pending? And will I be able to transfer the money? Thank you for any help :))

Sep 07Reply

elysee13Hi! Your payment will be held in your Poshmark balance, until you have shipped your item. Then the buyer must receive it and manually "accept" it (basically saying there is nothing wrong with the item/ it was described correctly) through the Poshmark app. Once that has happened your funds will be released to you.

Sep 07Reply

elysee13You can choose whether to keep your funds in your Poshmark balance for future purchases or transfer to your bank account! Hope that answers your question?

abbymichelle19@elysee13 makes sense! Thank you for your help!!
