@yupyeahuhhuh sorry no pictures with it on as I have never worn it out, but it is form fitting. The material feels like soft cotton.

@yupyeahuhhuh I would say it is more formal because it is tight but it can be made casual with sandals. I just added a picture of the dress modeled but let me know if you still want measurements.
