I love this skirt, fabric is light but not too light, the colors so vibrant and the fabric doesn't bleed when washed; however it: too big for me :( waist is 13" and length is 14.5" material is naturally stretchy (I don't think there's one of those tacky elastic bands in them) & could definitely stretch a couple more inches. Was sold this from a seller stating its an XS/24" but her measurements were wrong & scammed me of my $. True measurements are more like a small-medium. Worn once, no defects!

anachronism @erikahelton_ yes it could definitely be worn high waisted! As long as the measurements match up with your waist measurements you should be fine, I have a very small waist (23.5") and I was unable to wear it on my waist which is why I'm selling!
