@blanna - good morning, my apologies for missing your original message. Measurements are as follows for the small: 12” waist, which is an elastic waist so had stretch, skirt lining is 12.5” and also has stretch, and full length including fringe is 20”. To help you compare, the medium gives you an extra 1/2 inch on all the dimensions and a large gives you an extra 1 inch across the board. Hope that helps!
