@reyre78 it’s definitely oversized, but not sloppy. I would pull up the reviews on Nuuly, which includes photo reviews from a whole bunch of folks, along with their height/weight/dress sizes.

Buyer wants to keep this dress & never requested return. It will cost $35 to repair & clean. We’ve gone back & forth w/you and now our case is closed. Payment for the dress hasn’t been released & buyer has the dress. She doesn’t want to cancel/return. If you can’t help w/the $35 refund, can you fully refund payment & mark the order cancelled, so that I can re-list the dress for repurchase at $35 less than original payment? We’re in limbo & neither of us know what to do.
