bren610lee @kellyandgem I would say this would fit a size 8 or 10 on the top. Measurement from under arm sleeves across the bust while buttoned up is 21".

kellyandgem Oh okay because the measurement under the armpits for a small I have found with my tops is a 151/2. It is a shame for you and me because it is gorgeous 💕😊
