82and1 @bugg12 this skirt measures 15.25" at the longest point down the front and just slightly longer at 15.5" at the longest point down the back. It is 20" across the hip area which would be the widest points across the front. Hope this helps!

82and1 @bugg12 no worries at all. We are happy to help. It is not an elastic waist and it has a side zipper closure. Laying flat, the waist measure approximately 16.5". It's not a "stretchy" material but it definitely has a little give to it. The waist will actually stretch to about 17".
