nadege90210 @tburroughs23 the waist is 15.5 in laying flat across and it is an elastic band with stretch and the hips measure to 22.5 inches laying flat across. The material is soft and gives a little as you wear them

myersxo hey! i love these! torn between a medium and large. i have a small waist but big quads! if the waist can pull really tight i think i’d get a large so they’re loose on my legs. does the waist band pull all the way? thanks!
