Good but not perfect, edges have the usual fraying as shown, but no stains- I bought this used in this condition, priced accordingly. Pet friendly home. I have many other sizes/shapes (and a couple of round ones) in other colors and styles - see my closet for more. Pad not included but I have several listed in my closet if you need a pad :).
