Traveled only twice with this suitcase, in great condition. There are scuffs and scratches from normal handling from airport but there are no rips or crack, and wheels are in excellent condition. Zipper and handles are working perfectly. Comes with dustbag. Bought this in 2022 so the inside might be the older generation. Inside is pristine, no rips and no stains.
This is still under warranty until December 31, 2025.

So technically I could go to store and get a brand new one if still under warranty?

@lb1105 it’s under warranty through December, and I’ve never went to a store but my other suitcases I’ve sent it out as ‘repairs’ and rimowa actually replaced them with new ones
