Ridiculous rating

Jean is off her rocker. She bought on the 3rd, I shipped on the 5th but it didn’t scan until the 6th (because 5th was a Sunday). She also said how the packaging had foot marks on it… is she freaking for real? Does she not know what packages go through? She also cited me for not using tissue paper. Well KaReN, if I had, you would have probably complained over my color choice. This is flipping Poshmark, not Etsy!
