I need to get a mandrel to get an exact ring size. It fits around my small finger and I'm female. It's about circumference of a penny. Bcuz I don't know the size, I only expect to sell if there's a die-hard Coin Ring lover out there who has a "thing" for Rhode Island or maybe wants a pinkie ring. It can also be worn as a pendant around a chain. There's print on the inside & outside. Unfortunately, the detail is hard to photograph because of glare and the inside print is hard to get into focus.

sassypants652 This is made from a quarter. I had one made for my Grandson with out state quarter. It's awesome! Wish this was my size!

kdizzle1977 @sassypants652 my boyfriend has tons. Proof and clad. All kinds of years and states. I just need to wipe out my phone, go over there and take pics of them and start posting.

balticqueen @kdizzle1977 I am a Rhode Islander, I love this. Buy I would probably want to wear as a ring. My left hand ring finger is a size 5? Do u get more. I never heard of a clad, don't even know the process oh how u make the ring?

kdizzle1977 @balticqueen Awesome. My boyfriend makes the rings and he can probably has a ton more to make of different sizes. Clad is the typical (high zinc content) metal they started using after 1964. Proof

kdizzle1977 @balticqueen Proof is silver they used in quarters, 50¢ pieces, & silver dollars, maybe nickels made BEFORE 1964. He can buy newer coins in proofs too if available. The proofs are harder to get, higher cost, more valuable and make a brilliant silver ring. He can polish them to a nice shine or burn an old antique look to both clad and proof. He can make quarters into almost any size except getting in the big zone. He'll have to use half dollars.
