Refuge Black Distressed Jean Skirt

This is tagged as a Large. The waist measures at about 16" flat. They are modeled on a usually size large or size 10, with a 30/31" waist. They are tight on me though so I would recommend for maybe a 29/30" waist with a smaller belly than mine. This has no flaws or defects. Message me with any questions!
