@danaturnbull Hi There! Sorry for the delay, I had to locate a tape measure because I didn't have one. The front rise is approximately 12.5"/13" and the waist is 14" inches laying flat. Hope that helps :)

@danaturnbull No not really. It's a fixed waist and has no elastic in the back, but the material is linen which tends to loosen a little bit while wearing.
