Extremely rare necklace pendant from Todd Oldham for DIFFA (Design Industries Foundation Fighting AIDS). This pendant came from the swag bag at one of the DIFFA fashion shows in downtown Dallas in the late 90s. It is a silver metal with a crown cut out shape, three green rhinestones on one side, and engraved with Todd Oldham for DIFFA on the other side. Does not include a chain. Has never been worn.
