modafor1 What size would you compare it to if you could?! Like the pit to pit usually can tell you if it’s 40 or 42! And RL cuts are generous usually! Thank you for your time and help!

modafor1 @stevenoliver4 oh no, it would be 40R if it was 21” but if you get 19” it is very slim 38 or Reg 37 because you have to have at least to inches over your chest to be comfy in a jacket! I’m very surprised and sorry, first because RL is always big and second cuz i was going to send an offer! Oh well, plenty of fish….ets but this is a classic piece for ages! Thank you

stevenoliver4 @modafor1 ok I’m not sure about the measurements pit to pit. I remeasured and got 22. I fit into it when I was a 42 but am a 45 now. Thank you for your interest.

modafor1 @stevenoliver4 hmm that’s better than 19” but kinda scary abit! But it makes total sense as I said RL make all fits larger and so 42 would be a normal fit slim but comfy! I have to get new stuff cuz I’m now a size bigger too and 20 suits and blazers are going to look for new home and thankfully they are as new and recent! I think it over but seems to close to being too small for me also! Thank you for your kindness and help!

What size are you now (if I may ask) because once in a while I go to Montreal trunk shows and they they leave clothes at lowest prices and you never know what you find! Like getting all cashmere and silk hand tailored suit from Shepard Anderson England top tailoring for 475$!!! And Barba Napoli cashmere jacket for $175! I just did and they have your size! modafor1 @stevenoliver4 hello again I just wanted to double check with you that when you did check it again the pit to pit was in fact 22”?! Would you by chance remember the midsection measurement and since we’re talking about it, maybe length and sleeves length?! I realize it’s a ton of measurements but it’s also pretty pricey for a used coat that only a Polohead would care about!
