Rain jacket - blue. Never worn. Size M runs SMALL. Drawstring waist and hood

Never worn. Is a womens size medium however it runs very small, esp if you have a thicker top underneath. Has a drawstring hood and drawstring waist. When zipped, it is 20” from armpit to armpit and 20” from armpit to bottom. It is lightweight - not lined and not warm - just a rain jacket.
