Hi, cute pants, I was sending you an "Offer" per your gracious nice SHIPPING charge, and without any NOTIFICATION, SHIPPING WENT UP IMMEDIATELY to $7.99....I would not have made an offer IF there was a comment about SHIPPING Charge changing when an Offer was innocently, and trustingly placed....
