Rachel Roy Watercolor Dress! EUC only worn once

Reposhing this item I purchased, was only worn once to a wedding by the original seller (see photo) Size tag says 6 but fits like a 4 in my opinion…so it’s a little tight on me and I can’t wear it 😞 It’s a beautiful dress, beautiful fabric. Any questions please let me know. It’s worth every penny. Thank you
