lizcbaldini Wow, what's the importance of videotaping packaging your items? I practiced with one but had to be real quick to get it under 15 sec. in order to post on the listing. Thanks for your help, liz :)

happyday111960 @lizcbaldini I’ve had several instances of scammers trying to steal sales by filing fake claims. Just good business practices.

happyday111960 @cristinem88 Yes, I’ve had too many people try to switch items or make false shipping claims just to get something for nothing. When a claim is filed, Poshmark gives you the opportunity to present any evidence that will lend credence to whether or not you’re held responsible to return the money to a buyer.

happyday111960 @cristinem88 There’s nothing worse than losing the item & the money from a sale because someone scammed you, so there’s nothing better than a video showing the care/lengths you went to in packaging someone’s purchase showing you took due diligence & prove the virtue of an item. Just a little measure that can go a long way!

cristinem88 @happyday111960 thank you 😊 such a good tip! I actually got scammed but from a buyer. I know it says I’ve been a Posher since 2017 but recently starting selling. I’m trying to become a Posh Ambassador and I’m almost there. I have millions of things to still post, so any advice is always helpful. Very grateful! Thanks for sharing again
