Here is a guideline to making offers in my closet. Anything in RED won’t be accepted. GREEN will be accepted, and the others CONSIDERED SERIOUSLY. Poshmark takes 20% off of any sale I make, so please keep that in mind. Yes, I am trying to clean out my closet but most of my items have been marked down drastically and are already at a great price for the quality of the item. THANK YOU FOR READING. HAPPY POSHING.

jessgt2rs This chart IS so necessary, but trust me- YOU would still have to deal w/low balls that DON’T bother reading this chart at ALL! They basically would still have the nerve to make offers that are 85-90% OFF listed price & still complain! They clearly won’t even be able to afford the retail price. They basically want your stuff for free. It’s ridiculous.🙄 Side note: You have a beautiful closet btw 🤗

jessgt2rs @oaxaca55: I’m not even stressing that right now. Posh is a great community and I’ve enjoyed it so far. I’m sure everyone likes a bargain, but I also encouraged those who are new to posh & hoping to get lucky with an item that’s way out of their price range or budget shouldn’t be rude by low-balling the seller, cause it’s insulting- Some can refresh on reading the posh etiquette to keep posh a fun environment for everyone for both sellers and buyers.

jessgt2rs @oaxaca55: Luxury items don’t go for cheap- if the listing price is too good to be true- it’s highly likely it’s a replica & not worth a dime. But I still see people spend their hard earned money on THOSE things. Don’t go broke on things you can’t afford and certainly don’t be naive and let others take advantage of. Supporting & buying counterfeit items would be a WASTE of their hard-earned money-not to mention it’s illegal. Buying & selling counterfeits, but people still do it, all-the-time.

sas317 Thank you for this. I had 2 ppl this week low ball so bad, offered maybe 35% of the listing price and when I countered at a good 50% they declined. I'm not mad. I just wasn't going to compromise my integrity for a sale!!

I’ve been sick the past few days so I didn’t see your comment - I actually dropped your box off at the post office last week (a week ago from yesterday) but I went to my post office to check the status of the package because I saw it was cancelled and they actually never scanned the package for reasons I don’t know but I took the package home, so I have the shirt in my possession again.

cfotouhi @ellereard as a buyer and seller I definitely had a different viewpoint once I sold items! The amount we get is not what the buyer pays. But it isn’t your fault :) I’ve been trying to circulate this so more post it as a tool for the mindful buyers like you just to get an idea of the process!

I was getting confused and frustrated as to why people would offer half of the item list price after it had been marked down and didn’t understand that I wouldn’t make much of anything in the end! Frustrating with the NWT items too. But please please spread it around ❤️❤️❤️
