From famous cartoon peppy la peu who was always chasing Penelope the cat he loved! These are in EUC vintage condition shows signs of age however no cracks or chips seen. 7 of 8 saucers still have original sticker on bottom as seen in pictures. Hard to find a set of 8 matching with cups and saucers and in this character is rare and hard to find!
