Rachel Roy size 0 romper dress. It looks like a dress but the skirt portion is actually a skort under the wrap potion. Sleeveless, deep v, 100% Polyester, gorgeous deep, dark green on top and multicolored on the 95% Polyester and 5% Spandex skirt/skort portion. Excellent condition.
