The material is in great shape. I would say excellent but the gray color has faded a bit. Comes with 2 shams (darker gray because they weren’t used and so the color didn’t fade). Please see photos for measurements. It is a very nice quality, thicker material. Buttons closure with ties in the inside corners for the comforter. Cost around $100 brand new from Dillards.
