The dress does not stretch across the bust . It is best for someone with a smaller bust. It was too tight for my arms so I cut open the bottom of the arm pits. The arms of the dress are best for someone with thinner arms and thinner shoulders. I have hand sewn the underarms back and it is not noticeable unless you raise your arms up high. SEE ALL PICTURES! Otherwise the dress is in good used condition. Dress has been washed and dried .
