This vintage Queen Anne tea cup and saucer set was made in England, likely in the mid-20th century. Both pieces are white with similar rose designs; however, the saucer has pink and yellow roses, while the tea cup has yellow roses only.
The tea cup is brand new and flawless, while the saucer has some light scratches from normal use and slight wear on the gold trim. However, there are no chips, cracks, or signs of repairs. When tapped, both pieces produce a clear, solid sound, indicating they are intact.
The round saucer has a slight upward flare, measuring approximately 5-5/8" in diameter at the top and about 3" in diameter at the base. The cup has a height of 2-7/8", with a top opening diameter of around 3-3/4" and a base diameter of about 1-3/4". The greatest width, from the outer edge of the curved handle to the opposite rim, measures approximately 4-1/2".
The cup is marked on the underside with the Queen Anne crown, the words "Queen Anne, Bone China, England", and the pattern number "334". The saucer is marked on the underside with the Queen Anne crown, the words "Fine Bone China, England", and the pattern number "5388".
For more information, please refer to the photos, they were all taken by me and show the actual cup and saucer available for purchase. If you choose to place an order, the set will be shipped within 1-2 business days, and will be carefully packaged to protect it during transit.
