ninas_closet11 @kfasick that's right! I sold a VERY experience handbag on there, and a new member received it, broke the strap, then filed a return..... Now they are telling me that I have to accept it back ......Broken when I did not ship it that way! I'm SO PISSED, because the purse is vintage and it's gonna cost me SO MUCH to repair it, in order to resale it,so basically I'm taking a loss
