Proenza Schouler sample dress. Tact in the center, exposes some belly. No fabric or size tag. Fits small to medium. When purchased second hand, the waist polka dot section was cut but I managed to repair it. It’s not noticeable when looked at from afar. Please look at image 2 and 3 for repairs.
