@mycaliboutique ugh unforch i dont have that kind of tape measurer at my college house but i have always bought size 4 bottoms from princess polly. idk if i would say it runs small, but i do have large hips and its pretty high waisted so i sometimes struggle to like get it on but once its on i feel snatched haha. i also just have never bought this kind of skort before so i also think its the style
