This award-winning gown beat mine in a pageant so I bought it! It is royal blue with liquid beading tassels all over it. Never been altered. Zipper back with hook and eye straps that can be worn high (as shown on mannequin) or low as shown on stage. I have matching satin shoes in a size 7 if interested. I hate to give this one up but it’s time for someone else to win! This dress weighs a ton so it requires a metal or wooden hanger and two hands to hold it.
