Reminder for sellers: Anyone asking for contact outside the poshmark app or website is violating the guidelines. You set yourself up to be scammed- not make a sale- if you reach out to them.
Also, when you DO make a sale, poshmark will NOT NEED YOU TO CONFIRM! You will also receive an email from poshmatk, not just an app notification. If "poshmark" sends a notification asking you to confirm a purchase by clicking a link... IT'S A SCAM!

how do you know if the people are real or fake?

@jordyndavis05 I just ignore (and flag as spam) comments asking for pics directly to them. I know technically someone could have issues, but it's not likely. If they need more pics, (or info) real shoppers ask for more to be added on the app.

@jordyndavis05 if you want to email them, you can. I'd use a different email than poshmark has. they'll probably contact you asking for all kinds of info, posing as poshmark. you'll know it's not PM since they don't have that address.

@jordyndavis05 hang in there! I had the same thing happen. I thought about it a bit, and realized all their "reasons" seemed pretty lame ("text my dad your listing!" ... um, why can't you???)
after your name goes lower on the "new closet" list, they'll probably stop
