Polo hat

I am so hurt right now. I have never given a bad review. But this was sold to me and I was told it fits a woman’s small head. If you look at the pictures you will see it does not and it fits a toddler size head. And I was refused a refund. I have never asked for a refund I always give good reviews. I am hurt right now.
