blackorchids (1). Hi. It would be nice. Just know Poshmark has a legal obligation to provide Buyers time. Buyers have a legal right to receive exactly what they paid for. (to which Sellers agree to abide Poshmark policy) Buyers pay their hard earned money, in good faith, in "consideration" for an item. (& they don't get to examine the item as they do IRL, like in a brick & mortar store.)

blackorchids (2). - 3 days could help to prevent chargebacks. (or maybe even worse, a lawsuit. It could be construed as fraud when you pay for something but it's not what you receive.) Posh is protecting themselves. A Seller still can get reported to authorities. It's a sad reality that there are unscrupulous sellers out there & Buyers don't really know who they're dealing with. This is recourse for the Buyer.
