Hi Poshers my name is Alesia and I'm new to poshmark I was just wondering if you could please give me some tips on how to get that first sale and then how to continue sailing....having trouble getting that first sale. Thank you in advance!

mtnhiker @acparks Hi and welcome again! A suggestion I have is to review PM guidelines for what should and shouldn't be listed. Men's clothing and possibly the hair products are unsupported and may keep some from sharing and exclude you from host picks @katz2 is a good resource

daliasg Hello and welcome! First, you need more followers. More followers means more exposure to your items and likely more sales. @marlanap has following games in her closet. Second, participate in parties. Third, you would do better with more listings! Fourth, share other people's items so they share yours back and more people see your listings. Finally, it takes patience and time and effort to sell here on poshmark. Chat with people, make some personal connections here. It really helps! Hang in there and work at it and you will sell ;) good luck!

cgubber @acparks welcome to Poshmark!! There are a few things you can do to get that first sale.. 1. Join Lots of Parties and Share Your Items 2. Get More Followers and Follow More People 3. Offer to Bundle "likes" or Have Promotional Closet Sales (i.e. 20% off entire closet) Hope this helps, good luck making that first sale!!!

Just make sure you follow (especially follow the hosts of any parties that you participate in), like, share and keep a well stocked closet. I've been on Posh for about 3 weeks now and it took a while to get that first sale. Keep your head high! You have some great items!
