I've been slacking.. I know. I've been having trouble with the fibromyalgia and am trying a new herbal cocktail to see if I can get myself back on track. (I did ask my doctor to help, but she seems think talk therapy is all I need. I'm working on finding a replacement now.)
I'm keeping an eye on things here, but my focus is needed elsewhere right now. I'm working on new projects when I find downtime and motivation within the same breath.. can't wait to share!

Fibromyalgia Protocol
Eliminate seed oils, sugar, gluten, dairy, caffeine, processed food. Eat whole foods: vegetables, berries, healthy fats, eggs, fatty fish. Take magnesium 200–400 mg + vitamin D 5 000- 10 000 IU (target 40–60 ng/mL). Add omega-3s. Walk and stretch gently daily. Use hot–cold showers on painful areas. Sleep dark/cool, no blue screens. Reduce stress with breathing, prayer, nature. CoQ10 + B-vitamins for energy.

@zizamaka thank you so much! I've been at this since 1995, this is just another flare up.. I've already started a handful of supplements (some of those you've listed, actually) and am working on herbal mixtures for pain and anxiety. I'm just taking some time with the bounce back so I don't trigger another flare on the back end. I truly do appreciate you!!
