lorisantiago hello! i wanted to know if this skirt is true to size or has some stretch to it? i’m usually a small or size 27 in pants, i want to see if this skirt would fit. ❤️

twblondee @lorisantiago Sorry-caught in a snowstorm! When laying flat, the waist is 13 inches. The back panel, however, does stretch. It is 8 inches flat but I can stretch it up to 12 inches. Hope this helps!
