Pirate costume w/ garter straps MUST BUNDLE

This costume is very well made. The striped part is thicker than typical costumes with darts and a zipper so it fits well. There are definite signs of wear: metal eyelets in lace holes have fallen out, and there is a stain inside the dress that just barely shows on the back (see pic, I'm pointing to the visible spots). Many Halloweens ahead for this costume!
