Beautiful, collectible "Timeless Beauty" cook book stand by Pioneer Woman. The stand has a cast iron look to it, the tag does not indicate what material it is. 3 lbs 12 oz. The back of the stand has a butterfly cut out. In the front of the stand are two swirls, that will keep the book from falling forward. The back is attached to the base with screws, from the bottom. The stand measures approx 9 3/4" L x 5.5" W at the base x 8.5" H.
