Hi! Would you say this dress is a true 00? I’m usually a 0-2 and trying to determine if this would be too tight. Also are there any defects / stains or hemming that was done? Thanks

I usually wear between a 00 and 2, and this fits well — a little snug in the hips but the open back gives it some flexibility. It’s in perfect condition, never worn or altered.
