This is an absolutely amazing full length Patrizia Pepe Overcoat made in Italy. It is a great winter Trench overcoat. It is 80% wool. I think it also has 10% cashmere but the tag is in Italian so I'm not sure. It is 100% genuine. It has a very nice silky lining with and embedded print. It has two inside pockets and 3 exterior pockets. It also has a long split back. Sized as a 52 and will fit a 42 to 45 inch chest.
