This is a Pashion shoe, a brand that lets you change your shoe from a heel into a flat and customize your heels based on buying different ones. These are brand new, I bought them on final sale and they didn't fit me. They include the flats and the bridge to support your arch but they DO NOT come with a pair of heels. They are really cute, good quality.
