PSA!!

hey y’all, i just wanted to come on here to share my experience with poshmark support. i have been shopping with poshmark for over a year now and i have spend hundreds maybe thousands of dollars on here. i have had nothing but good experiences with all the sellers i have purchased from until recently i bought from a seller called @tommywileman, not only did he never send me my items but he also never responded any of my messages asking about my purchase. which leads me to poshmark support. like i said i support this app so much but was disappointed with the way they handled this situation. i emailed them about wanting to cancel my order but instead they told me i had to wait for the seller, but i’m gonna be honest, the email was clearly a bot email. they didn’t do anything to help me cancel my order or get in contact with the seller. very disappointed, poshmark needs to do better about customer service, receiving a bot email is not customer service. please feel free to share any similar experiences!
