PROJECT Vintage Coach Whitney style 4115 in Ocean *PAINTED*

PLEASE REVIEW ALL PHOTOS AS THEYRE PART OF THE DESCRIPTION This is a project bag! The bag was previously painted and myself and another coachie worked at removing the paint, most of it is gone but there’s still song along the stitching. Under the paint, we discovered the presence of mold measles, the bag has been treated with distilled white vinegar. There’s no hangtag with this bag. Made in 1994 in the USA.
