Omg theyโre absolutely the cutest. That picture is amazing. Theyโre so so sweet. Bless you I canโt believe they were actually up for rescue. But your a lucky person for being able to have such beauties in your life. cherish every moment with them Iโve learned in my 16+ years in rescue We never know how long we have they are truly a gift. We owe it to them to be worthy of theyโre devotion. Thank you for sharing them with me & for what youโve done to change theyโre lives forever

@19601964 omg thatโs awful poor puppy. I hear the worst stories. I was actually the first person to make the arrangements for transporting dogs from Texas to my rescue here on the east coast years ago I worked with a shelter in Texas and arranged for dogs to cone here. On huge air conditioned trucks at that time I was the coordinator for adopt a boxer rescue for all of Long Island lots of work but I loved it.

Your babies are gorgeous. Texas is a huge kill shelter state. They donโt care much about dogs or any animals. All of the rescues try their best to help but theirs only so much we can do from state to state we need health certificates etc. But hopefully more people are getting the word out and adopting thatโs the real goal shutting down puppy mills pet stores and making it only rescie and adoption options. How lucky that your sweet babies were found by you. Theyโre incredible

Ps only family watch my babies when I go away. Or I bring mine with me. Thatโs the only options. And I tell people all the time when I interview them not to board animals. I have heard horror stories. About that too adoption is a strict business we want only people who we think will take great care because these poor creature have already been through enough.

As for my closet mine at home is an entire room of my house. Lol. I figure I earned it. Itโs mostly free people. Thatโs why I love yours. So my style. I never gave away my bells. Hahaha

@19601964 Yes! Iโve adopted senior cats and dogs before and they are the best! Iโm the same I wouldnโt mind either adopting one with special needs. If I had the extra time to dedicate I would. There are so many here in our shelters that need the extra help ๐ โค๏ธ.

@amomar24 when the right match comes I will know. Tried one disabled dog but my little one was too overwhelming. He was paralyzed in the back end. She does not stop!! LOL! Thankful enough that I have the time. Going away is an issue. I have to have one of my kids take off from work and stay here. Will not leave them with anyone outside the family.
