fitzwater79 If a purchase is made from my closet the very 1st thing I do is check your closet. If I don't see any current love notes I will not sell to you. I could never understand why I would see listings like this in other poshers closets but it really didn't take long to figure it out. People need to know what the rating system on poshmark is all about so they can rate correctly. Some people just give out a bad rating every time they make a purchase.

fitzwater79 Cont- it's unacceptable. I'm a very kind seller on Poshmark. My love notes / feedback makes that clear. People who shop on poshmark need to understand the importance of the rating system & feedback. If you have excellent communication, take clear pictures & describe your items correctly & ship the item or items correctly using the proper packaging so nothing breaks & ship in a timely manner that seller deserves a 5🌟rating.

fitzwater79 Cont- buyers who go around leaving bad ratings because they didn't read or look at the pictures correctly or didn't ask enough questions is very rude & unacceptable. A sellers job is to list & take good clear pictures of what they are selling. If a buyer doesn't take the time to read & look closely at the pictures how is that the sellers fault? It's not & when the buyer receives the item & its not what they thought & go read it or look at pictures &

fitzwater79 Cont- see that the seller had everything correct & then the buyer can't open a claim for a return that's when they either let the app rate & then give a bad rating or they do rate & give a bad rating saying about ( item description ) !! Seriously if they read the item description to begin with they wouldn't have been disappointed when receiving the item because they would have known they didn't want that item to begin with.

Not all buyers do these types of things but unfortunately poshmark has got quite a few that do. alwaysannie @fitzwater79 I had someone leave me one star and leave disgusting rude comments on my listings bc Her package was delivered to her old address and not updated her current address and that was somehow my fault? Therefore she had a run into her ex and she was furious with me about it? Lo and behold she has no closet no accountability and can go around saying and doing whatever they want

fitzwater79 @alwaysannie Well that buyer is the 1 who puts in her information so if it went to her old address that's not the sellers fault at all. People need to get it together before making any kind of purchases! It's absolutely ridiculous that sellers get that kind of treatment when they try to do the best they can. Yes I get not all sellers do a good job & should get a rating that shows that but some people take it to the extreme!! 🤔🤔😥😥

fitzwater79 @brittanymartin_ That's when you put in your listings that you take pictures & video of all items before shipping so people can't play that game. I have received clothes that I thought would fit me and didn't but that is the chance you take. My stuff was way to long & was way bigger but I didn't do something to it so poshmark would send it back!! That's awful. I'm so sorry that happened to you. 😲

mamacatz @fitzwater79 PREACH on sista! I had one lady not long ago that I gave a STELLAR deal to on a pair of Current Gunmetal jeans. I knew she was going to be trouble when she complained she had tried the same jeans but the shine wasn’t what she wanted. My dx was on point if not overboard, I encouraged her to check out in store b4 buying so she knew what she was getting.

mamacatz @fitzwater79 Somehow they got held up at one of the transfers so were delayed by 2 days. She filed a complaint saying they were ruined, that something had leaked all through the box & onto the jeans. The pic she sent made them look wet. I asked that she submit photos of the box. Course it was gone & trash p/u. The post office isn’t going to drop a clearly damaged & wet box. They will put a sticker on it with a # to call.

mamacatz @fitzwater79 It had to have been soaked through to reach the jeans & cover them entirely. I asked that Posh read the comments on the item but didn’t matter. We both got our $, she didn’t have to send them back (I asked!) but I definitely got her #. #Scammer

jessica_and_co @beautyismagic this same thing happened to me with a pair of leggings !!!!! They were brand spanking new and she stained them and took photos and opened a case. So now I have stained and no longer new leggings I was stuck with !!!!!

jessica_and_co @fitzwater79 exactly. I’ve bought things that didn’t fit and you just take the loss. It happens to all of us. I’m not going to open a case or try to return it. I read the description and took the chance in purchasing. This isn’t amazon or eBay !

I was advised by the usps man to file a claim, like I said I've NEVER gone through this before and you're accusing me of being a liar, a scammer?

eeviegrl That's so very wrong, you've obviously been through this type of situation many times..none the less I didn't file a usps claim I just went through Poshmark. I can't believe how ugly this bs has gotten all bevause I wanted a good price on a pink makeup palette. Ugh the world is so mean and hateful.

I have purchased so many things from the seller this was done with never had a problem & I'm not saying something couldn't have happened but the seller did her job.

I have been through people not reading descriptions & then being made because it wasn't a size they wanted or something like that. I try to help anyone I can but unfortunately poshmark does have alot of people who do scam. I never said you were a scammers. I just stated you Definitely should contact poshmark don't river wait because both you & the seller want the product or money.

fitzwater79 @bathkween87 What a day so far! I uses to enjoy so many things about poshmark and I still try but sometimes I just feel like no matter what you do it's always wrong or someone isn't happy with it. I only try and say the truth. I have had to message others on poshmark before so I knew how to handle something or to see possibly if I done something right. I just don't get it sometimes. I really hope everything works out and you both get some info on this and the problem gets fixed quickly.

eeviegrl @fitzwater79 the reason I waited to contract pm is because I was waiting to see if it came today. I did contact pm today, I didn't file a usps claim but the person whom I spoke to advised me to and I guess that's because I told him it was a purchase from a little shop online, I didn't tell him it was a used/discount site.

eeviegrl Then right before I leave for work I get a message saying I got my package but when I checked the mail there wasn't anything there. After work...9 hours later I check the mail again, still nothing. All I wanted was the tarte fairy palette, it hasn't come, yes it shows it did but iT is not here, no I don't do THIS all the time. I'm not a liar or a scammer unfortunately I AM a person who gives alot of information, meaning I like to tell people EVERYTHING.

eeviegrl @fitzwater7 I have bought like 5- 6 pairs of uggs within the past 2 months and they're more than 25-30$ but if I can get a great price on makeup, you better believe I'll ask or offer if it's priced too high on Poshmark I may as well go to Sephora or Ulta. fitzwater79 @eeviegrl Don't ever feel like you need to explain something to anyone unless you want to but please just know when something goes wrong just do your best to contact the seller and contact poshmark as soon as you can. I wish this wouldn't happen to anyone ever. The seller this did happen with has had so many people try to scam her and I get why people feel that way at times. Poshmark has many of great sellers.

lindahunnie Yes!! I’ve had buyers leave bad ratings & return my items simply because they did not read the description. I try to describe my products well & post clear pictures. The buyer should be asking questions if they have them! It’s the worst when they give you a bad rating & they say the reason is “other”.

fitzwater79 @lindahunnie That's seems to always be the problem ( READING THE DESCRIPTION OF AN ITEM ) The couple times it happen to me was with DELUXE SIZE ITEM'S if they would have read and looked at the pictures it was very clear.
