The inner layer is basically a lining made out of what feels like cotton material with the sleeve fabric looking and feeling like quality polyester mix. There is a section at the end of the sleeve which is cotton. The lining layer has material tag cut off. No flaws. Fabulous blazer but I only wore it once and kept in my closet for a long time. Please note that the hem is raw but has stitching to keep from fraying too much. From a smoke free pet free environment
